Robert Eugene Melton, 52, of Edwards, Mo., passed away Aug. 25, 2009, at a friends home in Edwards.
Robert was born March 10, 1957, in Kansas City, Mo., a son to Hiram and Euphama (Piper) Melton.
He served in the United States Marines after high school. He enjoyed fishing, and being with his friends.
Robert is survived by one son, William, of Kansas City, Mo., one sister Rebecca Reed of Kansas City, Mo., along with several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Climax Springs City Park in Climax Springs, M0.
