Donna Louise Crawford, 58, of Sunrise Beach, Mo., passed away Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, at her home. She was born Nov. 27, 1950, in Alameda, Calif., the daughter of the late James Lewis and Beverly Jean Stephenson Wilmoth.
On Aug. 20, 1970, she was united in marriage to Nicholas Joe Crawford, who preceded her in death on March 12, 1999.
Donna worked for Avon as a sales representative for many years. She enjoyed bowling, solving word puzzles, watching television, and most of all, she loved her family.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sunrise Beach.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Powell and husband Ray of Sunrise Beach; three grandchildren, Teasha Powell, Abigail Powell, and Joshua Powell; her fiancé Tony Miller of the home; three brothers, Brian Wilmoth and fiancé Tonie Schnieders of Gravois Mills, Mo., Daniel Neil Wilmoth of Anchorage, Alaska, and Edward Charles Wilmoth of N.M.; and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Crawford, and her brother, James L. Wilmoth, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Aug. 24, at the First Baptist Church in Sunrise Beach. Interment will follow in the Garber Memorial Estates Cemetery in Laurie.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m., Monday, at the church. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Donna Crawford Memorial Fund in care of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home.
